Gateway Doula Group is an Oregon Health Authority filed Doula Billing Hub. We offer our doula members billing services for their OHA Medicaid births. To join our billing hub THW registered Doulas can join here.

Collaborations: Prenatal Group Appointments

We have a collaboration with the Adventist Health/OHSU Midwives offering prenatal support and group education supporting families in birth preparations. All families in the midwifery clinic are offered the option of a private doula or the on - call doula

Collaborations: Labor and Delivery Support: “ON CALL” Doula Support

Our collaboration with Adventist Health/OHSU includes pro-bono (unless a THW Doula supports and OHP client) on call doula care. At Adventist Health Midwifery Birth Center our on - call doulas support 24-7 for clinic families choosng the on-call doula.

Doula Observation Opportunities

We offer new and student doulas the chance to shadow a more experienced volunteer on a few shifts and see what doula work looks like in action. This is a rare opportunities and we love that we get the chance to offer this.

Community with Other Birth Workers

We are always having little gatherings to get to know each other, process our experiences, and share our life with each other. It is always a good time when Birth Workers gather together.
