Birthing at OHSU? Get an On Call Doula
In 2024, we are excited to announce the relaunch of our On-Call Doula Services at OHSU, offering continuous support to families birthing at our hospital. Our professional doulas are available to provide compassionate care and guidance throughout your labor and delivery, with flexible 12-hour shifts available from 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am. Whether you're a first-time parent or experienced, our doulas are here to ensure you have the emotional and physical support you need during this important time. To secure your on-call doula, simply use the QR code provided to get started. We look forward to supporting your journey at OHSU!
Private doulas are also available upon request prenatally. This includes continuous
care during the birth and pre-post visits to ensure you're well-prepared for birth and postpartum transitions. Have Medicaid Insurance? Starting in 2025, if you have Medicaid, your coverage will include 6 home visits and continuous birth support from a Traditional Health Worker Doula.

Birthing at Adventist Health? Get an On Call Doula
In 2022, we partnered with Adventist Health Midwives to offer every client access to doula support, ensuring that all families birthing at Adventist receive the compassionate care they deserve. Our On-Call Doula Services provide 12-hour shifts, available from 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am, so you can have continuous support throughout your labor and delivery.
Private doulas are also available upon request for prenatal visits to ensure you're well-prepared for birth.
Have Medicaid Insurance? Starting in 2025, if you have Medicaid, your coverage will include 6 home visits and continuous birth support from a Traditional Health Worker Doula.
Adventist Health offers OB & Midwifery Services, Water Labor, and 4 low-intervention birthing suites in their sidelining birth center along with their high standard of care (including epidural, iv medication, nitrous for pain relief medications).
