Community has always been a big part of my identity, having been raised from a very tight-knit multicultural community which has contributed to my roles. I feel being a doula can help my community expand and grow, much of my knowledge/ experience I have seen BIPOC women be under-represented in all areas due to the complexities of our identities. Providing the support and advocacy for every maternity no matter of their background; gender identity, cultural heritage, income barriers, and many more. Empowering them every step of the way through guiding knowledge, compassion, patience, and stories that connect every infant and parent for a lifetime
